hello to those who read…..
no matter the situation…like sand or not…it seems to be good for your frame of mind…well, not just good but great…we played for a solid three days with sand in our pants and laced through everything we own…and it was just plain refreshing….
the only dissappointment was that the sun set on the bayside of st george instead of the beachside….thus there was not an opportunity to shoot my backlit picture…sigh….but i am thinking in the scheme of things…not such a big deal, agreed!?! next time!

the kids and i made the almost 6 hour drive to meet my parents….i don’t know that i remember the last time i went anywhere with my parents out of town, just me (and kids…hmmmm)….so much fun and so different than a riding in the back of the minivan with my own siblings…OH the typical stories of sibling rivalry that happened in the back of that van….

sidenote: please tell me that you have seen swagger wagon!?!

i think….not sure…but i think….we are finished toturing small children with parks that have fireants, corduroy & longsleeves in May & an unknown number of words that maybe they are not allowed to say that are guaranteed to make them smile!  …..i just edited all of the 2000 (as logan would say infinity & mia would say infinity much) pictures…. seriously…thanks to my DH…dinner was fixed, kids bathed & bedtime storied….so i got uninterrupted (kindof) time on the couch…with pc in lap…..

hello to those who still read…
when my favorite blogs don’t post it is incredibly dissappointing!! i am not sure if you read here often (lurkers….ummmmmhhhhmmmmm)….but i don’t think i have even darkened the backend of my blog for awhile…other than to post the sale!

sale? you ask!? how did it go!?! thank you to all who ordered, called, emailed, or came…..i am so incredibly blessed by your reaction!! You may see it as a great way to get some clothes quickly for cheaper than usual…..i see it as an answered prayer and confirmation for what i do…..thank you from the bottom of my heart….

(insert…don’t feel sorry for me here just being honest….) i asked God to handle last week in totality….all the details and he did…but a little more happened while trying to work & do life….2 kids with strep, i had strep (massive fever)…..2 end of the year parties…the usual household chores…a couple of photoshoots, a bank meeting (stressful) and a migraine, my first one, that i know was a result of an overscheduled week… so 2 shots, 2 migraine pills, more than one sweet friend helping me get to the urgent clinic and my parents swooping in to help… baseball party, last game, & a scheduled service project…

so this week….we are headed to the beach….but along the way a little stop….

my picture deadline for the catalog is this week…today…so i am headed to Dothan….the stickler household and landmark park for pictures….i can’t wait to see Darby and finish taking the pictures for the Fall catalog!!

so with camera in tow….i will be here again soon with an update and a sneak peak!! …i am determined to get the remaining catalog pictures and ones of my kids for this year at the beach…..
